hey recessionistas!

so, let’s say i got inspired by meg magazine’s sept 2009 ish’s fashion plate feature entitled, “Recession Proof.” in spite of my views with the changes they made with the magazine, i was astounded by the feature because finally, meg stepped up to the plate and featured something that “ordinary Pinoy teens” can afford.

after deliberating with myself whether i should push through this or not, i finally came up with the name, “recession-proofing fashion.” all my life i’ve been a fan of low-cost fashion.. and i think that that’s what meg taught me; to be original, independent, and just be who i am… a meggurl.

so for my first post, i am sharing you three pieces that i’ve come with while looking through my closet. it’s inspired by meg magazine’s 3-in-1 section.

and for everyone who loves fashion but is on a tight budget, i will try to help you be as fierce as you can be… without zeroing in your wallet.
